Afternoon off, this time legitimately, and howling AGAIN, so back to Shoreham. Was even windier than yesterday so up went the 4.0. But even this was too big. A combination of being overpowered, knackered and cramped up forearms meant it wasn't much fun at the start.

Came in for a break and a sulk and went back out this time with the summer suit on. Much better - the wind had dropped a tad, forearms soon de-cramped in the sleeveless summer suit, and was overall sailing much better. The wind was slightly up and down and then died off at the end, so not as good as yesterday, but still you just can't beat powered-up waveboard 4m weather for a proper adrenaline hit.

7 windy days in a row - 5 of them 4m weather - amazing!
